Crystal Nestor
Crystal is one of Salon 77’s advanced stylists, her attention to detail and infectious laugh makes for an amazing, fun salon experience. She is a master colorist specializing in blonding, dimensional color, and formal styling. Crystal is consistently continuing her education and taking part in the team-based approach by mentoring fellow stylists. Crystal is also the managing Team Leader and Education Director.
Julianne Scalzilli
Born and raised in the beauty industry, Julianne has managed and worked behind the chair for a family-owned salon for more than 35 years. Having previously worked for Salon Associates as a beauty product salesperson and color educator, Julianne is now a highly trained, motivated, professional hairstylist. She is passionate about perms, color and cutting to create the perfect look for everyone who sits in her chair. Julianne continues her commitment to the latest trends in color techniques, hairstyles, and products by furthering her education through Eufora International, to which she has been dedicated for the past 15 years.
Isabel LaRoche
Passionate about the beauty industry from a young age, Isabel studied at the Aveda Institute New York, graduating in 2009. She then had the opportunity to apprentice under a Aveda Master Stylist in Boston, where she honed her skills.
She has since trained under many luxury hair companies, like Sassoon, Kérastase, Bumble & Bumble, and is a Certified Wella Master Colorist.
Isabel is passionate about color, specializing in dimensional blonding, balayage, hair extensions and formal styling. She enjoys creating a custom look for each guest, making them feel and look their best!
Mackenzie Smach
Mackenzie is a graduate from Aveda Institute. She studied under a balayage specialist, where she learned different techniques including seamless blending and lived in dimensional color. Mackenzie is originally from South Florida and moved to Massachusetts in 2021. She continues to seek opportunities to advance her education, refine her skills, and keep updated on current trends. Mackenzie loves adding dimension & blonde to every head of hair.
