What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

At Salon 77, we encourage you to request and schedule a reservation with us in the way that is most convenient for you. That’s why we offer multiple ways to do so, including:

What is salon 77’s cancellation policy?

Salon 77 requires 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations, including the rescheduling of appointments. Salon 77 reserves the right to charge up to 50% of scheduled services for cancellations made within this time frame. Exceptions may only be made at Salon 77’s discretion.

I was asked to give a deposit when making an appointment. Why?

New guests who are scheduled for lightening services will be asked to please make a deposit at the time of booking. This is to hold his or her reservation in our schedule. Salon 77 reserves the right to retain the deposit if the guest cancels/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or does not show up; otherwise, the deposit made will be applied to the total cost of services at time of checkout. Deposits made for appointments cancelled outside of the 24 hour window, and are not rescheduled, will be refunded.

Do you sell/ship gift certificates?

Yes to both! We warmly welcome you to come into Salon 77 to purchase your gift certificate. If that is not feasible, please call us at +1 (978) 664-7877 to purchase over the phone. You may then either pick up, or we can ship to you (or the recipient) for a small additional fee.

Why do different stylists have different pricing?

Salon 77 stylists range from “Rising Stars” all the way up to Leah, our owner. In between are stylists of varying levels up to 5. The factors that determine a stylist’s level include, but are not limited to: years in the industry; training, special certifications, etc. All our our stylists are well-versed and qualified to “do it all,” if you will; however, some have certain areas in which they specialize. In a way, you can think of it as having an Associate’s Degree vs. a Bachelor’s Degree vs. Master’s Degree vs. a PhD… and so on. With that being said, we at Salon 77 wholeheartedly stand by the assertion that you can visit any one of our stylists and receive top notch quality and service. Leah and our senior stylists work with and mentor our junior stylists to supplement their education. Leah’s personal mission as a business owner is to not only provide the best professional haircare in our area, but also to help grow the careers those who work for and with her in the process.

What is Salon 77’s current COVID-19 protocol?

  • Mandated cleaning procedures have been elevated to include more frequent sanitizing and disinfecting.

  • Hand sanitizer will be made available to all guests throughout his or her appointments.
